- All three oils in this blend are high in pinenes, which help to sooth the body and mind

- Subalpine Fir oil, the major component of this blend, has a high bornyl acetate content, which helps to promote a sense of relaxation and relieve pain

- Grand Fir oil contains bornyl acetate and beta-Pinene, which can help to enhance one’s experience with meditation by reducing feelings of stress and anxiety

- Douglas Fir oil contains terpinolene, which helps with relaxation, and Subalpine Fir oil contains camphene, which has been shown to alleviate pain

- Add a few drops of Christmas Blend into a diffuser to replicate the feeling of Christmas morning on any day of the year
